Hi, I am Prasanna Deshmukh director of galaxy astronomical research centre-GARC is very glad to inform you about our new astronomical research centre. We are under graduating students have started new astronomical research centre from 1st Feb. 2007. Our aim is to improve our self-knowledge & to make the society aware about there misconceptions of astronomy, space science and also to share the glory of astronomical events. We provide space to dynamic ideas of today’s younger generation like us. We all members come together every Sunday at 4 pm. we conduct seminars, lectures, workshops on predeclared topics & make group discussion on the same. We have decided to undertake social awareness programs & also publish our tri-monthly magazine named 'KALPANA' on our activities & latest technology on astronomy & space science.We request you to send your views & suggestions, & if possible visit our research centre.
